Please review the following itinerary information for guests self-transferring to the first night’s hotel:

**If your flight should become delayed or changed for any reason, we will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self transfer to the hotel. If you are delayed and arrive after our normal office hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance.**

When you book your reservation online, please note in the comment section of your reservation that you will be self-transferring to the hotel and provide an expected arrival time at the first night’s hotel. The tour guide will attempt to accommodate your arrival and help with the check-in process.

Unfortunately, this tour does not pick-up at Paradise Valley Community College.

Pick-up is only offered from most major hotels in Phoenix.

Please choose a major hotel located closest to your College. Once you decide on the closest hotel, include your hotel name and address in the comments section of your reservation when you book your tour online. Thank you.

1.       When you use the “Easy Book” to make your booking for the tour package and hotel extension, instead of clicking on “Book Now”, click on “Add to Cart.” Once you have both items in the cart, then go to the cart which located at the top of the page. This will allow you to book both tour package and hotel extension together.  

2.       On the last day of the tour, customers will arrive back into the Los Angeles area between 6:00pm-6:30pm (approx.) and will be dropped off at the major pick up location and hotels which were used for departures. If you wish to be dropped off at Howard Johnson Hotel, please make a note in the “Comments” section while you make your booking.

3.       Please note that this tour does not offer free transfers/drop-offs to all hotels on our website.

In general, the tour will begin at approx. 6 am – 7 am. At the end of each day, the tour will be dropped off at the hotel at approx. 7 pm.  Pick-ups and drop-offs hours may change depending on weather and traffic conditions.
